Privacy Policy

This policy explains how VPNPB handles personal data on its website and subscription service. Account management, payment reconciliation, and network forwarding involve different types of data; their purposes and retention principles are outlined below.

Account and service data

No email address is required to get started; an account can be created with a username and password. The service processes usernames, password verification information, and account status to authenticate users, maintain sessions, and manage subscriptions. An email address is not required for registration. If a user voluntarily provides an email address or other personal information in a support ticket, that information is used only to handle the specific request.

Subscription status, cumulative data usage, and usage reset information are used to provide the subscription and calculate allowances; they are not browsing records. Ticket descriptions and attachments are used for troubleshooting and support. Before submitting an attachment, please hide passwords, subscription credentials, and personal information unrelated to the issue.

No-logs policy and connection data

VPNPB follows a no-logs policy. It does not record which websites users access through international routes, retain browsing content, destination domains, destination addresses, or individual request histories, or create connection logs that could be used to reconstruct personal browsing activity.

Temporary connection state needed to forward network traffic is used only to handle the active connection and is not retained as historical connection logs after the connection ends. Cumulative traffic statistics are used to calculate allowances and do not include records of individual visits. The website's own login, security, and order records are handled separately from browsing activity over network routes. The no-logs policy does not mean that account, billing, and support records are also eliminated.

Usage analytics and browser storage

Website analytics help us understand page views, referral sources, and button usage. They may include page addresses, visit times, browser types, and referral information. Analytics cover visits to the VPNPB website only; they do not include content accessed on other websites through the service. Passwords, authentication credentials, and complete subscription addresses should not be uploaded.

Cookies and local storage are used for login sessions, language preferences, and essential interface settings. The panel stores authentication credentials locally in the browser so users can continue using account features. Users can clear this storage by logging out and adjusting browser settings; doing so may require logging in again and may reset preferences. Clearing data in the browser does not delete a server-side account or order.

Orders and third-party payments

The service supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant payment provider, which may handle payment account or transaction information under its own rules. VPNPB retains order identifiers, subscription plans, amounts, payment status, and necessary transaction reconciliation information to confirm receipt, provide the service, and process refunds.

The service does not ask users to provide payment passwords or complete payment credentials in support tickets. Data handling by third-party payment providers is subject to their privacy policies. Necessary order information shared to complete a transaction is not used to describe a user's network browsing activity.

Data retention and deletion requests

Account data is retained for as long as needed to provide the service. Order and transaction data is retained as required for settlement, refunds, dispute handling, and applicable laws. Tickets and usage analytics are retained only as long as needed to handle requests, maintain security, or analyze the website. Once the relevant purpose has been fulfilled, data should be deleted or de-identified; indefinite retention is not the default.

Users can log in to the panel and submit a ticket to request access to, correction of, or deletion of account data. Account ownership must be verified before processing to prevent actions by others. Records related to pending refunds, disputes, or legal retention requirements may not be deletable yet; the reason and scope will be explained during processing. Deleting an account may affect access to subscriptions and support records, so please resolve any related matters first.

Policy updates and scope

This policy applies to the VPNPB website and subscription service. It does not replace the privacy notices of destination websites, client operating systems, or payment providers. The service restricts access to data according to responsibilities and processes it only as needed to provide the service, handle user requests, or meet applicable legal obligations.

Updates will be posted on this page, and the updated month shown at the top will be changed. Significant changes to processing purposes or data scope will be explained through an on-site announcement or a panel notice. For account use and refund rules, see the Terms of Service. Questions about this policy or data handling can be submitted through a panel ticket.
