Coverage across 110+ countries and 240+ routes. When choosing a region, start with the location of the service you want to access, then check how well it works for you. Coverage does not mean every route suits every platform. See the global server locations page for guidance.

Devices and platforms

Use as many devices simultaneously as you need. Supported platforms: Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. When using multiple devices, keep an eye on your remaining data. Get the client through the user dashboard: sign in, retrieve your subscription, and follow the setup instructions for your platform.

Encryption and support

The service uses military-grade encryption as part of its security measures. For issues with importing a subscription, connecting to a route, or an order, submit a support ticket through the dashboard. Include the service you’re trying to access, your platform, and the error message to help diagnose the issue. Hide sensitive credentials before submitting.

If you need international collaboration, research, and streaming every day, a monthly plan makes it easier to track usage over a fixed billing period. If you connect only during specific projects or when you need particular resources, a data pack’s validity terms may better match your intermittent usage. There’s no single best-value option for everyone; base your choice on your usage records and budget.

Video quality, file size, cloud sync, and background activity all affect data usage. Don’t convert an allowance into a fixed number of viewing hours or use device count as a proxy for data needs. How to place an order

Payment methods

Pay by Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Before paying, check the plan name, price, data allowance, and billing terms—especially the difference between a monthly plan price and a data pack’s total price.

Open the user dashboard. Existing users can sign in. First-time users can get started with a username and password—no email address required. Then go to the plans page; you don’t need to enter payment details on the marketing site.
Review your order. Choose a plan and check the order total and billing details. If you’re upgrading mid-cycle, also review the remaining validity and how the price difference is prorated before proceeding to payment.
Complete payment. Choose Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT on the order payment page and follow the instructions. For USDT, verify the network, amount, and recipient details shown on the page. Don’t rely on information from other orders.
Confirm order status. After paying, return to the user dashboard to check the order status and confirm the plan is active. Then go to the client downloads area to get the client and subscription. The marketing site does not provide direct download links or live subscription URLs.

If your plan status hasn’t updated after payment, first check that you’re signed into the right account and viewing the correct order. Don’t pay again just because the page hasn’t changed yet. You can open a support ticket with the order and payment details, and keep your payment record for reference. Don’t submit your password, full subscription link, or other sensitive credentials.

Refund policy

30-day refund policy

VPNPB offers refunds within 30 days. Before choosing a plan, read the Terms of Service for full eligibility details. To request a refund, submit a ticket for the relevant order through the user dashboard.

Include the order you want reviewed and clearly state that you’re requesting a refund. If you’re also having connection issues, you can include your platform and the error message to help us review the order and technical issue separately. There’s no need to exaggerate a problem to explain your request.

Check for replies in the same ticket after submitting, and provide any additional order details needed. Refund progress and next steps are handled through the ticket. This page does not promise an unlisted processing time or payment provider timeline. Before requesting a refund, confirm that the eligibility details in the full terms apply to your order.
